The main responsibilities:
Product pages:
- Working with product pages on the site and the Atlassian Marketplace: planning and placement of descriptions, visual design
- Creating product documentation
Content:
- Participating in content strategy planning
- Cooperating with a copywriter and designer to create text and media content, publishing and promoting it
- Work with Youtube channel: video content planning, video publishing, and promotion
Care of existing Customers:
- Email marketing: scheduling companies to automatically send emails to company customers
- Analysis of customer requests
- Creating User and Buyer Personas
Market analysis
- Analysis of market demands and market trends
- Competitors analysis
- Working with the Atlassian Community
SEO and advertising on Google (with the involvement of partners – SEO specialists)
- Work with SEO promotion of the Atlassian Marketplace site and page
- Analysis of keys and formation of the semantic core for the company’s products
- Google Ads advertising settings (remarketing, contextual advertising)
- Finding application promotion tools.
Analytics:
- Work with web analytics to analyze traffic sources, user behavior, and KPIs and make decisions about marketing activities.
Required skills:
- At least one year of experience working in a similar position
- Basics of marketing
- B2 English level or upper
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge of SEO
Would be an advantage:
- Experience with Google Ads
- Experience working with English-speaking audiences in the B2B market
- WordPress CMS
- Atlassian products experience (Jira, Confluence)
