  • Search for bottlenecks in business processes, systematic improvement of the company
  • Coordination with the company’s management on the vision of product development, ensuring the effective implementation of tasks in accordance with strategic goals, meeting deadlines, generating ideas and suggestions for improving products and product lines
  • Participate in the discussion and development of product promotion and sales strategies

The skills that our future Operations manager colleague should have:

  • Experience in team management from 3 years
  • Experience in IT 5 years or more
  • Understanding the software development process (SDLC)
  • Understanding the product life cycle
  • Ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility
  • Experience in implementing system and management tools
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes in companies
  • High level of communication skills
  • Experience in creating and developing management documentation
  • Personality of quality: leadership, sociability, development of analytical abilities, systematic thinking, respectability, initiative, result orientation
  • Excellent navigation management programs, the ability to maintain deadlines

Additional skills:

  • Experience in developing projects and products for foreign markets.
  • Experience in food IT companies
  • Knowledge of English at a level sufficient for negotiations
  • Experience the successful launch of SaaS products
