The main responsibilities:
- Creating project documentation
- Drawing up project plans
- Coordination of terms, volumes of works, requirements, and level of quality
- Risk management
- Formation, development, and motivation of the team
- Decomposition of workload and its distribution among the team
- Identify the necessary resources and working environment to achieve the project objectives
- Organization and management of the teamwork processes (development, testing, work with requirements)
- Agree on priorities with the product manager
- Organization of effective teamwork
- Tracking the status of the project, the progress of tasks
- Creating a transparent environment for communication between all stakeholders
- Tracking project satisfaction with the team
- Conflict resolution in the team
- Communication with the product manager and the company’s CEO
- Reporting on the progress of tasks and the project as a whole
- Presentation of ready-made solutions, demo versions, prototypes
Required skills:
- At least 1 year of experience
- Intermediate English level and excellent communication skills
- Practical experience with teams performance indicators
- Direct personnel management experience
- Leadership skills
- Proactivity
- Adaptable to changes
- Organizational skills, ability to organize people, processes
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Self-motivation
- Knowledge of project management principles and SDLC
- Scrum and Kanban understanding
- Understanding how SaaS and web applications work
- The technical level that allows basic discussions with development engineers
- Experience in budget and cost management
- Risk management
- Practical experience in using project management tools (JIRA, etc.)
- Ability to prescribe requirements for tasks with expected results
- Ability to make online-presentations of the functionality
