How to add a Jira custom forms to the Issue?

You can add forms automatically or manually. To add the form manually, go to the existing Jira issue where you need it. Find and select Forms for the Jira add-on. Select the form to display in the task.

Do you collect customer`s data?

SaaSJet doesn’t store any customer data, excluding hashed customer IDs and add-on configs. Everything is processed interactively and displayed to end-users. We use application internal logs, but without customer-related data, including only details about requests performance/status/error code.
