2022, a year of pain and strength. Atlassian Partner of the Year is a great honour for our SaaSJet team! When putting a lot of effort into something, it’s always great to be rewarded. Although we didn’t plan to win some awards last year or before, it just happened. And we are proud, happy, and excited to share this accomplishment with everyone: SaaSJet is Atlassian Partner of the Year 2022 in the Cloud Apps category!
How did SaaSJet win the award?
If you do what you love, nothing can stop you. A year of full-scale war in Ukraine, panic, relocations, blackouts and other difficulties aimed to break us. How happened it didn’t? The answer is teamwork. Each member of our team kept on working even more persistently. We hired new talents and stayed focused. We worked to stay dedicated to our clients, to overcome fears, and to be a good team no matter how far we were. But most of all, we continued to launch new products.
SaaSJet’s accomplishments in the category of Cloud Apps in 2022:
✅ Released four new cloud apps: Email & Tasks: Jira Cloud for Gmail, Recurring Checklists and Reports, Cost Tracker for Jira Cloud, and Text to JQL.
✅ Our existing apps had:
+573 installations for Issue History for Jira
+287 installations for SLA Time and Report for Jira
+384 installations for Business Process Manager
+539 installations for Smart Jira Forms
+1338 installations for Time in Status for Jira Cloud
SaaSJet’s commitment to security is reflected in the fact that five of our add-ons are cloud-fortified, and ten have successfully participated in the Marketplace Security Bug Bounty Program. This has earned us the trust of our users and the recognition of the Atlassian community. SaaSJet received 75% of the highest rating in product reviews in 2022.
The company was recognized in the Cloud Apps Roundup by Atlassian Community in 2022, and our apps got on the list of top 10 fastest-growing apps in the Atlassian Marketplace for several times.
Despite challenging circumstances, such as the war in Ukraine and disruptions in electricity and an internet connection, our team successfully released new apps and new versions of existing apps, participated in Atlassian and other events (like Apptoberfest, Codegeist etc.), and maintained communication with the community and supported add-on users.
What is the Partner of the Year: Cloud Apps Award?
Atlassian Partner of the Year is an annual recognition of partners in different categories: Cloud Apps, App Innovator, Enterprise Apps, Work Management App, Migration Ready Apps, etc. Cloud Apps award honours a Marketplace Partner who runs a cloud-first business from their app portfolio, marketing, support and services.
Criteria to win Cloud Apps Award:
- Create Cloud apps that resolve unique use cases for the Atlassian cloud
- Gain increasing/accelerating customer adoption of Cloud apps
- Implement a cloud-first approach for all marketing and business activities
- Provide new and migrating cloud customers with the best-in-class support and services
So, our SaaSJet Team decided to participate in this category in December 2022. We prepared a presentation with our achievements and submitted a request. Additionally, SaaSJet became Atlassian Platnum Marketplace Partner in January 2023. We are grateful for this opportunity and recognition and promise to continue our efforts to deliver innovative and effective solutions for the community.
